Especially useful to hear about
- A specification we have wrong. Top priority. A wrong number here quietly produces wrong answers for everyone using that tool. Include the marketplace, the rule, and where you saw the correct value.
- A tool that gave a wrong verdict. Describe what you expected and what happened. Please do not attach the image to a first email — describe it instead, and we will ask if a sample is genuinely needed.
- A tool you keep needing. Particularly if the existing options are bad. That is how most of these get chosen.
A note on bug reports
Because everything runs in your browser, the details that help most are your browser and version, your operating system, and roughly how large the file was. Image processing behaves quite differently on mobile Safari than on desktop Chrome, and knowing which one you were using usually identifies the problem immediately.
